OAcademy

OAcademy is a music academy established by The Orchestra of the Americas Group. The academy uses technology to connect artists, wherever they are, with leading instructors from across the musical world. The brand's social media activity, remote communication with participants, and website are key to the brand's communication.


Our goal was to create a brand identity that meets the needs of the digital world.

The brand

Music, sound, rhythm, & diversity

Visual identity designed for the digital age needs clarity, and the musical theme requires references to sound. The design of the logo and key motifs narrates musical compositions, sound, rhythm, and diversity. To build an engaged community and reach young artists, the brand was equipped with tools to create standout communication.

The sub-brands

Orchestra, Piano, Conducting, and Composition

OAcademy consists of several departments. For each of them, we created distinguishing features in the form of color schemes and patterns—graphic key motifs. The patterns are a way to differentiate the departments, yet they are designed to "play" both separately and together. When combined, the patterns create a cohesive graphic theme for the entire OAcademy.
